Refreshers- they inspire your dreams & energize your talents.
Refiners- they sharpen your ideas and clarify your vision.
Reflectors- they mirror your energy, neither adding nor subtracting from it.
Reducers- they try to reduce your vision and efforts to their comfort level.
Rejectors- dthey deny your talents, hinder your efforts and impede your vision.

It is good to check ourselves which one we belong to. Personally, I love to be the refresher and the refiner for people in my world. I like to lift someone up afterall they are way too many discouragers and naysayers in this world.
