- Remember, each of us is complex. None of us is perfect. Mistakes happen. Move on.
- It's not simply what you say to yourself that matters. It's how you say it and how much you believe it that counts.
- There may be times when the problems of your past don't need to be fixed or sorted - they need to be left behind.
- Suffering from the Martyr Syndrome is more a reflection of how you see yourself as opposed to your dedication to serve others.
- When I punish me, I am actually trying to punish you. I play the martyr in the hope that I makes you feel guilty.
- What you focus on magnifies.
- Perhaps it's not the circumstance that need to change, but more your perspective of those circumstances.
- If you are not happy with the answers life is giving you, then ask some different questions.
- The quality of the solution can depend on the quality of the question.
